Purpose
The purpose of this study is to determine whether people who have been previously treated for this disease can achieve a remission and whether their length of the remission will be increased with Campath-1H treatment.
Eligibility
Several criteria must be met to be eligible for this study, Including but not limited to the following:
- A confirmed diagnosis of B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) requiring chemotherapy.
- Have received at least one prior regimen of cytotoxic chemotherapy.
- At least 6 weeks must have passed since prior chemotherapy (8 weeks since prior Rituximab) and entry into the study.
- Adequate cardiac, liver and kidney function.
