J.P. Tracy Ng, MD, is Chief of Brachytherapy and an attending physician in radiation oncology at St. Vincent's Comprehensive Cancer Center (SVCCC) in New York City. A board certified radiologist, Dr. Ng has been at SVCCC since 2000.
Dr. Ng has been published in the International Journal of Radiation Oncology Biological Physics and has presented at numerous lectures around the country and the world. An active participant in new drug trials and cancer therapy projects, Dr. Ng has served as a principal investigator or co-investigator on several occasions.
Dr. Ng has served as an instructor of radiation oncology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and as an assistant professor of radiation oncology at Albert Einstein School of Medicine. He currently is an assistant professor at New York Medical College. Dr. Ng is a member of many professional organizations including American Brachytherapy Society, American Society for Therapeutic Radiology Oncology, and Medical Society of the State of New York.
Dr. Ng graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY, and completed his internship at Cabrini Medical Center in New York City. He later performed his residency at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Dr. Ng graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a bachelor of science degree.
