Paula Klein, M.D. is a medical oncologist who specializes in breast cancer. She is also an Assistant Professor of Medicine at New York Medical College and is a board certified in internal medicine, hematology and oncology.
Dr. Klein completed her fellowship, residency and internship at New York University Medical Center and earned her medical degree at SUNY Downstate. She has published in several medical journals and is a prominent speaker throughout the country, presenting to both lay and professional audiences information on new developments in the treatment of breast cancer.
Dr. Klein is active nationally and in the community -- dedicated to educating the public about breast cancer and the need to take an active role in one’s own health care. She is on the Medical Advisory Board of the Susan G. Komen Foundation, Northern New Jersey Affiliate, and is on the Board of Directors of CANCER 101, a not-for-profit organization offering free support and organizational resources to serve the immediate needs of the newly diagnosed cancer patient. She is also a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and the New York Breast Cancer Group.
